Tender Notice FY 2026-27 – Medical & Lab Equipment, Plant & Machinery, and Repair Works at Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed/electronic bids for procurement and repair works for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities of Pakistan and follow PPRA/Punjab e-procurement procedures. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be used. Bidding documents (terms, conditions and quantities) are available free of cost on the Punjab procurement/e-procurement portals.

Key instructions:

- Submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-procurement/EPAD system as per the schedule.

- Provide bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee (refundable) in favour of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. The original bid security must be delivered to the procuring office before the closing time and date.

- Bidders must register on the relevant e-procurement portals and comply with PPRA rules. Bidding documents and details are available on the Punjab procurement/e-procurement websites.

- RIC Rawalpindi is not responsible for costs related to bid preparation, delivery or electronic submission. If the tender opening day is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the opening date.
