GEPCO Tender Notice – Extension of 11kV Rooms at Various Grid Stations (Closing 2026-07-15)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for extension work of 11kV rooms at multiple 132kV grid stations under Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure. Bids must be uploaded/submitted as per instructions below.

Key dates: Tender submission closing date and time: 2026-07-15 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening date and time: 2026-07-15 at 11:30 Hrs.

How to bid: Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be adopted. Technical and Financial proposals must be prepared and sealed separately; each envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”. Bids shall be uploaded on E-PAQS; tender documents and related information are available on E-PAQS/PPRA/GEPCO websites.

Eligibility: Contractors holding valid PEC registration with renewal for the year 2025-26 in the required category (PEC categories shown: C-10 & EE05) are eligible to participate. Contractor must meet other qualification criteria as per tender documents.

Bid security & performance guarantee: Original bid security equivalent to 2% of BOQ (in PKR) in the shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank must be submitted with the technical bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 10% of the Contract Price as Performance Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee after issuance of Letter of Acceptance.

Other conditions: Tender documents must include attested registration certificates, valid PEC renewal, and any other documents specified in the tender. No cutting/overwriting in tenders; incomplete or un-attested documents may be rejected. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to increase/decrease quantities. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
