Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible general contractors for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore — including Lahore Children Hospital-II & Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases, Lahore. Registration on the ePADS system is mandatory to be eligible to participate.

How to apply: Interested applicants must register on the ePADS system to be eligible. PQ documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered applicants on ePADS (http://pundb.epra.gov.pk/) and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Responses/time calculations will be from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Authority website.
Submission notes: PQ proposals prepared in accordance with the Pre-Qualification document must be submitted on ePADS on or before the deadline indicated above. Proposals received through any other mode than ePADS will not be considered. If the last date for submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
