Executive Engineer, Pandoki Canal Division at Bhamba, Lahore invites e-tenders under Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure for the following concrete lining works under the 1st Bi-Annual Market Rate System (1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026). Contractors must be registered with Punjab PPRA/EPADS and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/discipline for 2025-26, hold valid tax registration and enlistment, and provide required bid security.
