SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids — Transmission Line Materials (NCB-S-01/2025-R & NCB-S-02/2025-R)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites e-bids on a Single Stage–One Envelope (FCS) basis from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of transmission-line materials under SEPCO's own resources.

Two separate NCB tenders are advertised for transmission line components including tower parts and line fittings, suspension and earthing fittings, stock bridge dampers, grounding sets and related accessories. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and submit bids electronically.

Key procurement details:

• Bidding document, terms & conditions, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, procurement method and technical specifications are available for registered and potential bidders on E-PADS v2.0 at the PPRA website. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS and submit bids only through E-PADS.
• Bid security: Acceptable forms include CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan; validity for 120 days from the date of opening is required.
• Bid validity: 90 days from the date of opening. E-bids having less validity will be treated as non-responsive.
• Procurement funding: SEPCO's own sources.
• Bidders must not be blacklisted or defaulter in WAPDA/NTDC/NEC/DISCOs and must comply with GCC, Procurement Manuals and PPRA rules. SEPCO may increase/decrease quantities up to 15%.
