SEPCO Sukkur Invitation for E-Bids — Supply of Transmission Line Materials

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids on a single-stage, one-envelope FCS basis from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of transmission line materials under SEPCO's own resources.

Scope (summary):

How to apply and eligibility:

• Only approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers may bid.
• Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS platform (registration on E-PADS required). Training/registration details and bid documents are available on the E-PADS/PPRA portal.
• All bids must be accompanied by bid security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order. The bid security must meet validity requirements stated in the bidding documents.

Procurement terms:

• Procurement will be funded from SEPCO’s own sources.
• Bid validity: 90 days from the date of opening (bids with shorter validity will be treated as non-responsive).
• SEPCO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities up to 15% during contract award and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.

Submission of physical documents: Original bid security and required hard copies (if requested) shall be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit (PMU), SEPCO Sukkur. Bidders should clearly mark tender number, procurement title, and opening date/time on the envelope.
