SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids – Transmission Line Materials (Closing 2026-07-07)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites e-bids on single-stage, one-envelope (FCS) basis from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of transmission-line materials under SEPCO’s own resources. Bidding documents, terms & conditions and technical specifications are available on the PPRA E-PAIDS v2.0 e-procurement portal.

Key instructions and submission requirements:

• Bids to be submitted electronically via E-PAIDS v2.0 (PPRA). Interested bidders must register on E-PAIDS and submit bids online. For registration, training or any other information, refer to E-PAIDS.
• Bid validity: 90 days from the date of opening. Bids with validity less than required will be treated as non-responsive.
• All bids must be accompanied by bid security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order valid for 120 days from the date of opening, payable in favour of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. Original bid security must be submitted in the office of Chief Engineer (Development) before the e-bid submission deadline.
• Submission address for any required hard copies: Chief Engineer (Development), PMU, SEPCO Sukkur, Room #201 Al-Sehra Building, Minara Road, Near Session Court, Sukkur.
• Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding and SEPCO/PPRA rules. SEPCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to increase/decrease quantities up to 15%.
