SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids – Supply of Transmission Line Materials (Closing 2026-07-07)

Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit (PMU), Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids (single stage–one envelope FCS basis) from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of transmission line materials under SEPCO's own resources. Bidding documents, terms & conditions, technical specifications and submission are available on the E-PADS/PPRA portal. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS and submit bids electronically.

Important submission & eligibility notes:

• Bids must be submitted via E-PADS. For registration, training or E-PADS support contact PPRA’s E-PADS helpdesk as stated on the portal.
• Bid validity: 90 days from date of opening. Bids with shorter validity will be treated as non-responsive.
• Bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Bank Draft/Pay Order) from a scheduled bank of Pakistan is required, valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
• Tender funded from SEPCO’s own resources; evaluation and procurement will follow GCC, Procurement Manuals & PPRA Rules as applicable.
• SEPCO reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities up to 15% and to reject any or all bids as per rules.
