Tender: Supply of 90 ATMs, 1 CDM and 1 CRM – The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd

Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (Information Technology Division), Head Office, Bank Square, The Mall, Lahore.

Purpose: Procurement of ATM/CDM/CRM equipment for the Bank. Sealed bids are invited from well-reputed authorized companies/organizations/dealers/suppliers/distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having relevant experience.

Key procurement details:

• Tender documents: Obtainable from the Bank's office on payment of Rs.1,000 (non-refundable) or downloadable from the Bank website (www.ppcbl.com.pk).
• Bid security: 2% of the total estimated cost in the shape of pay order/demand draft in favour of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.
• Required documents: Client list and affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation, as specified in the bid documents.
• Procedure: Single stage two envelope procedure. Sealed tenders to be submitted to the Bank's Head Office by the submission deadline.
• Opening: Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted by 2026-06-25, 11:30 AM. Late or incomplete bids and bids without required earnest money will be rejected.
