Eligibility & Conditions: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-PADS, registered with FBR and PRA, and be active tax filers (NTN/PNTN). A valid PEC license in category C-6 or above with the specified HVAC specialization is mandatory. Single-stage, single-envelope bidding via E-PADS only. Bid security to be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR valid for bid validity period plus 20 days. Bids submitted on E-PADS on or before 25-06-2026 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
