E-PADS Tender Notice — Municipal Corporation Sialkot (Street Works & Lighting)

Office of the Municipal Corporation Sialkot invites online bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS) for civil and street-lighting works. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab PPRA website may participate.

Key submission rules: bids must be submitted online through E-PADS by 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the office of Municipal Corporation Sialkot in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Original CDR as bid security (5% of estimated cost) in favor of Municipal Corporation Sialkot must be submitted to the office of Municipal Officer (I&S), Municipal Corporation Sialkot by 11:00 AM on the closing date; failure to do so will result in tender cancellation. Successful bidders must submit performance guarantee as per clause 56 of PPRA Rules. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) or may be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer (I&S).

All prevailing rules of the Government of Punjab and PPRA will apply. Contractors are responsible for payment of applicable taxes and compliance with procurement rules. For issuance of work order, the agreement will be made on the department's stamp papers/value specified by Government within seven days.
