Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed single-stage one-envelope competitive bids for leasing constructed shops at the Rail Market / near Karkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar Cantt on an advance annual rent basis for a 21-year term (extendable for another 21 years).

How to apply / bid:
- Bid documents and terms & conditions are available during working hours from REDAMCO corporate office (Islamabad) and REDAMCO/D.S. Office, Peshawar Cantt.
- Bid documents fee: Rs. 1,000 per shop.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security (CDR/PO) for each shop in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd as specified above.
- Each bid must quote the offered premium (non-refundable) and state the shop number on the top-left corner of the envelope.
Submission & opening:
- Bids are to be submitted at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station. (Submission time shown as 03:00 PM; opening time shown as 03:30 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station.)
Other important terms:
- Separate CDR/PO required for each shop attached with the bid; bids without earnest money will be rejected.
- Successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered bid or lease premium of each shop within the timeframe specified in the acceptance letter; failure to do so will forfeit the bid security.
- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process without liability.
