CDA Invites Sealed Tenders for Maintenance Works at Public Buildings, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Directorate of Maintenance of Public Buildings, Islamabad invites sealed percentage-based tenders from firms holding valid PEC licenses in the relevant category for maintenance, repair and related works at CDA public buildings.

Ten (10) separate tender packages are announced covering a range of maintenance activities including fire extinguisher refilling and cylinder installation, building repairs/rehabilitation, civil and electrical maintenance, glazing/partition works and other upkeep tasks at Executive Office Building and other CDA public buildings in Islamabad. Firms must submit bids in sealed envelopes or through CDA e-procurement as permitted.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bidders must hold valid PEC license in the relevant category and provide required earnest money as specified in each tender package.
• Tender documents, detailed scope, exact NIT costs and earnest money amounts are available from CDA office / CDA website and e-PADs portal as applicable.
• Sealed bids will be received and opened on the same day. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline; late or conditional bids will be handled as per CDA/PPRA rules.
• Procurement will follow PPRA rules; e-procurement (E-PADS) is available and bidders may obtain documents online where applicable.

Submission and opening: Sealed bids must be submitted by 2025-07-01. Bids will be opened on 2025-07-01.
