Project Management Unit (PMU), Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme Manshera, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders through EPADS (E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System) for the following works. Bidding documents, qualification, eligibility, financial, experience, personnel and equipment requirements, drawings and specifications can be downloaded from EPADS.

Key dates & submission details
- Last date for submission (through EPADS) and submission of prescribed hard copies: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Project Director, PMU, Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme, PHED, Pakhwal Chowk, Manshera.
Important instructions
- Bidders must submit bids via EPADS and also submit prescribed hard copies before the submission deadline; both are mandatory.
- Technical and financial bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and uploaded on EPADS as required.
- Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (including stamp duty). In accordance with KPPRA Notification (SRO reference shown in tender), bidders quoting rates more than 20% below the Engineer’s Estimate must provide additional security and a detailed rate analysis.
- The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014.
