FGPC (Federal Government Polyclinic) Islamabad Tender: Procurement of Medical Goods & Services FY 2026-27 – Bids Due 2026-07-07

Issuing Authority: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad (Joint Executive Director)

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for procurement of various medical goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders are invited to participate through the e-PAKS / EPADS v2.0 e-bidding platform.

Key Instructions & Eligibility:

- Bidding will be conducted online via e-PAKS / EPADS v2.0. Manual (hard-copy) bid submissions will not be accepted.

- Valid Drug Sale License / Drug Manufacturing License will be required where applicable for the serial numbers noted.

- Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure will be used; procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.

- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission.

Bid Security & Payment:

- Bid Security as prescribed in the bidding document must be submitted. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Pay Order should be in the name of Executive Director, FGPC and uploaded/submitted as required in the bidding documents.

Submission & Opening:

- Last date and time for registration/submission on EPADS v2.0: 2026-07-07, 10:30 AM.

- E-bids will be opened on the same day (2026-07-07) at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

Other Notes:

- Bidders must upload copies of undertakings on judicial papers and Pay Order/CDR along with bids on EPADS where required.

- The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
