Punjab Building Department E-Tender Notice – School Establishment & Public Toilets Works, Rawalpindi (FY 2025-26)

Issuer: Punjab Building Department — Executive Engineer, Buildings Division No.1 Rawalpindi in coordination with Superintending Engineer, Building Circle No.1 Rawalpindi. E-tenders are invited from Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and eligible on PPRA e-Tendering system for the works listed below.

Important submission details: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab eProcurement (PPRA) e-Tendering System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) @ 5% must be uploaded per PPRA rules and the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day (half hour before opening) at the office of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division No.1 Rawalpindi. Contractors may attend bid retrieval on 2026-06-24 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee on 2026-06-24 at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder must furnish 10% Performance Guarantee (CDR/Bank Guarantee) within 15 days.

Additional notes: Contractors must be registered on the Punjab eProcurement website and hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Incomplete tenders or failure to submit required original CDRs as specified will result in disqualification. All rules and regulations of PPRA and Government of the Punjab apply.
