PKLI invites bids from firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the retender for procurement of laboratory consumables. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PAIS) and must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Physical bid security must also be submitted to the Mail Section, Ground Floor (Package-A building), PKLI&RC Lahore on the day of technical bid opening during office hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM).

Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening. In case of a public holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2024.
