Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad — Tender Notice for Procurement of Goods & Services FY 2026-27

Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites e-bids for the procurement of goods and services funded for the financial year 2026-27. Funds have been reserved and tenders are invited for the packages listed below.

How to apply / Bid Instructions:

- Bids are invited on e-bidding platform from eligible bidders for the described goods and services.

- The Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be adopted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique where applicable, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.

- All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, in the form of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director FGPC.

- Bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications and required forms are available on the e-procurement platform (EPADS). Participating firms must upload copies of required undertakings on judicial paper and the Pay Order/CDR along with their bids on EPADS; however originals of judicial papers and Pay Order/CDR in the name of the Executive Director (FGPC) must be submitted physically before or on the scheduled bid opening date and time.

- Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before the deadline. Manual (physical) submission of bids will not be accepted.

Key deadline and bid opening: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 by Monday, 2026-07-06 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on Monday, 2026-07-06 at 10:30 AM.
