PGMI Islamabad e-Bids: Medical Gases, X-Ray Supplies, Surgical & Pathology Items — Tender Closing 2026-07-07

Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad. Procurement of goods and services planned for FY 2026-27. PGMI invites e-bids from eligible bidders on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADs v2.0) for the following supply/maintenance packages. Manual (physical) submission of bids will not be accepted.

Key procurement conditions and instructions:

• Submission platform: e-PADS v2.0 — https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on the new e-PADS v2.0 to submit.
• Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations/guidelines.
• Eligibility: Valid Drug Sale License / Drug Manufacturing License required where applicable to specific tender serial numbers.
• Bid Security: All bids must include bid security as described in the bidding document, in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director FGPC.
• Original documents: Copies of undertakings and pay order/CDR to be uploaded on ePADs; original judicial papers and original pay order/CDR (in the name of Executive Director FGPC) must be delivered to the office of the Executive Director (as named in the notice) on or before the stated deadline.
• Deadline for delivery of originals: 2026-07-07 at 10:30 AM (originals must be delivered by this time).
• Bid opening: 2026-07-07 at 11:00 AM.
• Manual submissions are not accepted. Late or non-registered bidders on e-PADS v2.0 will not be able to submit.
