Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Welfare Wing). Competitive e-bids are invited on lot basis for framework contracts covering miscellaneous items, office & computer stationery, printing & publication, plant & machinery, entertainment & gifts, and furniture & fixtures. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure.
Eligibility: Firms/consortia/sole proprietors/service providers (JVs if applicable) engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax).

Bid security: Original instrument (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favour of "Section Officer (Welfare-I), S& GAD" must accompany the bid as per amounts above. Late e-bids will be rejected.
Submission method: Complete bids must be uploaded online via the e-Procurement System (E-PADS) at https://punjab.ecpure.gov.pk. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the conclusion of the bid opening session to Procurement Office, Room No.1, Press Law Building, Ground Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
