Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi — E-Bids for Mess Items for University Hostels (Annexures A–E)

Issuer: Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), The Mall, Rawalpindi. Invitation for e-bids for supply of mess items for University Hostels (Campus-I), Rawalpindi. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active tax filers. GST/PST should be indicated where applicable. Prices must be quoted in PKR, valid for 90 days and extendable for 30 days.

Bid security of 2% must be submitted in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Soft copy of bid security must be attached with e-bids where applicable. All bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://proc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx (also published on PPRA and University procurement pages).

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-22 at 11:30 AM in the University office (Campus-I), Rawalpindi. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all bidders. Bids received after the deadline or without required documents / financials / original bid security may be rejected.

Submission and opening: E-bids may be submitted until 11:00 AM on 2026-07-01. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. If the date is a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
