Key information:

- Eligible bidders: Firms/contractors registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C-4 & above).
- Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope (technical & financial envelopes). Open Competitive Bidding. Earnest money (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in the name of Director General, WCLA Lahore. Original CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee and originals of required documents must be produced as specified; failure may lead to rejection of online bid.
- Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 2026-06-29 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM; financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
