NGC Invitation for Bids: Gravel Supply & Boundary Wall Works at Multan and Rahim Yar Khan Grid Stations

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed bids under the Two-Envelope National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure from eligible firms registered with Federal and Provincial Income/Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bids are invited for civil works at NGC grid stations as described below.

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms must be registered with Federal/Provincial tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable. The Employer reserves the right to reject bids as per applicable rules.

Bid Security: To be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Employer as specified in the bidding documents.

Submission & Opening: Bidders shall submit sealed bids in two envelopes (technical and financial). Bids must be submitted through the employer's e-procurement/e-submission system (e-PAIDS) only before the closing time. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the same day.
