Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan invites e-bids through the E-PAD (e-Procurement) system for the financial year 2026-27 for local purchase and supply of medicines, medical gases, lab items, radiology & dental items, stationery, printing and linen items as per PPRA rules.
Key instructions and requirements:
- Submission method: Online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk.
- Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope e-bidding. PDF upload method should be used for submission of e-bids.
- Each e-bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security (as per table) in the name of "Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan". Original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidding document number and title, to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, before the e-bid submission deadline. Late submission of original instrument may result in rejection.
- Bidding documents are available on the e-PAD system and as per PPRA website. Bids submitted on CDs/receipts with false information will result in disqualification and blacklisting.
