Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation, Sialkot. Electronic tenders (E-PADS) are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered contractors/firms (with valid PEC registration and Punjab PPRA registration) for the following municipal works. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS system and comply with PPRA and Punjab rules.
