FGPC-PGMI Islamabad Re-Tender Notice for Electro-Medical Equipment (26 June 2026)

Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad. Tender No. F.2-5/2026-(P&D). Funds under PSDP project “Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments” for FY 2025-26 & 2026-27.

Purpose: Procurement of electro-medical equipment for multiple clinical departments. E-Bids are invited from eligible bidders as per the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0.

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

- E-Bids only: All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be entertained.

- Registration & deadlines: Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-06-26 by 09:00 AM. E-Bids will be opened on 2026-06-26 at 09:30 AM.

- Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).

- Documents & availability: Detailed bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications and e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) instructions are available online at the EPADS portal. A registration/tutorial link is referenced in the bidding notice.
