How to obtain tender documents: Documents available from Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi (Super Highway M-9, KM-50) from 2026-06-08 during working hours on submission of written request, valid PEC certificate and payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 by pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi. Firms that obtained earlier documents in response to the 9 May 2026 notice must collect fresh documents free of charge.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 hrs at Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi by 2026-06-22 at 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a specified date.

Bid security: Pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi equal to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the financial bid.

Other: DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
