Public e-Auction: Parking Areas at Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan

Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites interested individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-auction for the Institute’s parking area(s) for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal.

• Closing date for registration of applicants: 2026-06-30
• Uploading of eligibility status: 2026-07-07
• Last date for submission of grievances: 2026-07-11
• Results of grievances uploaded: 2026-07-18
• Last date for submission of CDR (by approved applicants): 2026-07-30
• Date & time of e-auction: 2026-08-06, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Financial requirements & bidding:

• Reserve price for one year: Rs. 16,511,000 (without tax).
• Earnest money: 10% of reserve price (Rs. 1,651,100). Acceptable in shape of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker's Cheque.
• Bidding will start from the advertised reserve price; highest compliant offer at close of auction will be considered.

How to apply / participate:

• Applicants must register and participate through the e-auction portal. Hard copies of applications will not be accepted; registration and submissions must be completed online.
• Approved applicants must submit required CDR/bid security by the stated CDR submission deadline.

Other conditions:

• The successful applicant will be responsible for parking management of all vehicle types entering the Institute (Motorcycles, Cars, Rickshaws, Buses, Cabs, Tempo, Rickshaw, etc.) and for maintaining traffic flow, safety and security of vehicles in a professional manner.
• The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any/all applications/offers as per policy. The auction will be conducted as per the applicable Auction Policy and instructions of the SHC&ME Department.
