THQ Hospital Burewala Auction: Parking Services Contract (Auction 2026-06-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Head Quarter (THQ) Hospital Burewala, Health & Population Welfare Department, Government of the Punjab.

Key requirements and procedure:

• Eligibility: Firms or registered individuals with Income Tax registration and a valid Category-A license (original Category-A license compulsory for participation).
• Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).
• Registration & documents: Bidders must register as suppliers on the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) platform to download bidding documents: https://punjab.procure.gov.pk
• Bid security: A bid security valid for 120 days must accompany the bidding documents in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. The original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent’s office on the same day, one hour before opening of bids, otherwise the bidder will be disqualified.
• Auction attendance & opening: After submitting bids on the website the contractor may attend the office of the Medical Superintendent on 2026-06-27 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on EPADS as scheduled.
• Payment terms for successful bidder: Submit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days of the auction. Remaining amount payable in two installments (33% on Dec-26 & 33% on March-27). Failure to submit results in cancellation of bid and forfeiture of bid security.
• Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Bidders are requested to quote best and final prices; no negotiations expected as per PPRA rules.
