Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC-PGMI), Islamabad. Re-Tender Notice No. F.2-5/2026-(P&D) for procurement of electro-medical equipment for multiple clinical departments funded under PSDP project “Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments” for FY 2025-26 & 2026-27.
Eligible firms/bidders are invited to submit E-Bids on EPADS v2.0. Bids must include Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules. Original documents and undertaking in paper must be produced as required. Registration on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) is mandatory before submission.
