Director Finance — Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala (Full-Time)

Issuer: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala invites applications for the position of Director Finance to lead the finance function of the organisation on a full-time basis.

Minimum Qualifications: Chartered Accountant from ICAP (Pakistan) (mandatory). Additional desirable qualifications include courses or certifications in public finance management, risk management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification comprehensive work experience with at least 10 years in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Director Finance, Head of Accounts & Finance, or equivalent). Proven expertise in accounts, finance, corporate law, audit, taxation, financial planning, forecasting, joint venture agreements and related matters. Experience in implementing accounting systems and strong internal control frameworks. Ability to manage financial affairs of an entity autonomously.

Preferred / Proven Experience: Experience working with large-scale housing authorities or real estate development organisations, semi-government or government-linked entities, or large private corporations with complex financial operations.

Terms: Attractive salary package with fringe benefits as per DHA Service Rules. Initial engagement on a 2-year contract, extendable based on performance.
