DHA Gujranwala - Career Opportunity: Director Finance (1 Vacancy)

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala invites applications for the post of Director Finance. The position is full-time based at DHA Gujranwala Main Office Complex. Initial appointment is on a 2-year contract, extendable based on performance. Attractive salary and fringe benefits as per DHA Service Rules.

Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant from ICAP (Pakistan) (mandatory).

Additional Qualifications: Courses or certifications in public finance management, risk management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) are desirable.

Professional & Proven Experience:

• Minimum 10 years post-qualification comprehensive work experience.
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles such as CFO, Director Finance, Head of Accounts & Finance, or equivalent.
• Expertise in accounts, finance, corporate laws, audit, taxation, financial planning, forecasting, joint venture agreements and related matters.
• Experience handling financial affairs autonomously and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
• Proven experience in large-scale housing authorities/real estate development organizations, semi-government/government-linked organizations, or large private sector corporations with complex financial operations.
