College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced Architectural & Engineering consulting firms for the designing and construction supervision of the CPSP Regional Centre in D.I. Khan. Firms with specialized expertise in office or educational buildings are encouraged to apply.
How to obtain TORs: Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP HQs Karachi, CPSP Regional Centre Islamabad, or CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad upon written request. Fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Payment by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan."
Submission & opening: Deadline 14 July 2026 by 10:00 AM; bids will be opened on the same day. Documents must be submitted directly to either:
