Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. PIDCL invites bids through the e-PADs (Single Stage Two Envelope procedure) for multiple PSDP schemes in Hyderabad, Sindh. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and have valid tax registration.
Submission method: Electronic submission via the E-PADs platform (eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal on payment of the tender fee (non-refundable). Bidders shall furnish bid security as specified for each package.
