Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division, Lower Dir invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 10-05-2022) on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
