College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced contractors for construction of the first floor at the CPSP Regional Centre in Faisalabad. Firms with specialized expertise in office or educational buildings are eligible to apply.
How to obtain TORs & fee: Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Headquarters (Karachi) and CPSP Regional Centres in Faisalabad and Lahore on written request. TOR fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Pay Order/Bank Draft should be drawn in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan."
Bid security & submission: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders). Pay Order/Bank Draft for earnest money must be made in favor of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Documents must be submitted directly to the Projects Department (contact details provided).
