Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Chamkani, Peshawar invites e-bids (E-PADS) from eligible, registered contractors for fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of various sanitation vehicle bodies and equipment under single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA rules and relevant regulations.
Key instructions: Bidding documents are available for download from the official e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS as per the tender notice and KPPRA procedures. Non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is required. A bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid (in the form of call deposit) must be submitted as specified in the tender documents. Technical bids will be opened online on the specified date and time; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter. Only contractors registered with PEC and with valid Local Council/ KPPRA/other required registrations are eligible.
