Key eligibility & bidding instructions:
- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and have their PEC registration renewed for 2025-26 in the relevant categories/codes.
- Bidders must have relevant experience in the power sector (DISCOs / NTDC / PPMC) and provide at least two (02) work orders with satisfactory completion certificates of similar nature works.
- Bid security (CDR) from a scheduled bank, other standard documentary requirements and conformity with PPRA rules are required as stated in the tender documents.
- Bids must be submitted through e-PAD (version 2.0). Submission deadline: 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM (e-PAD). Bids will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
