Invitation to Bid — Solar System Installation for Municipal Committee Shakargarh

Issuer: Municipal Committee Shakargarh. Municipal Committee invites percentage/item rate tenders on EPADs as per PPRA rules for the following work. Bid documents are available on EPADs and the PPRA Punjab e-procurement website. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADs by the deadline below.

Important submission and opening information:

- Tender documents available on EPADs and PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx). Paper copies can be read/obtained from the MO(I) branch for uploading on EPADs.

- Online submission period: from publication date until 2026-06-29 at 10:00 AM (deadline).

- Bid opening: 2026-06-29 at 1:00 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Shakargarh; tenders will be opened by the tender opening committee in presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

- Contractors must quote rates in numbers and words and may be required to deposit additional performance security where applicable. If a lowest quoted rate is more than 5% below the estimated cost, additional security or CDR may be required within 15 days of issuance of notice; failure will result in forfeiture of earnest money and de-tendering.

- The competent authority may reject any or all bids before approval. Acceptance letter requires contractor to execute agreement on non-judicial stamp paper within 14 days for issuance of Work Order. Contractors to conduct required quality control tests at their own expense.
