Notes
The construction period for the Fun Land is 90 days (3 months). The contract period will be for one year (12 months) after completion. A 10% annual increase will be applicable on the bid amount. Bidders must score at least 75 out of 100 in the technical evaluation to qualify. The successful bidder must deposit 1/10th of the bid amount after approval. The remaining amount can be paid in 10 equal monthly installments. Security deposit is PKR 10,000,000.
