Scope: Design and construction supervision of first-floor buildings at CPSP Regional Centers, Multan & Bahawalpur.

How to obtain Terms of Reference	Can be purchased from CPSP HQ Karachi, CPSP Regional Centre Islamabad, and CPSP Regional Centre Lahore on written request. Fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan".
Mandatory submission documents	Company profile with name, permanent address, phone, e-mail, and fax number. Legal status: Partnership deed / Articles of Association and valid Power of Attorney. Track record: List of similar projects executed (cost, location, completion time). Client satisfaction: Performance/completion certificates from previous clients. Current workload: List of similar works currently in hand. Financial stability: Audited balance sheets for last 3 years and bank details showing available credit. Tax compliance: Proof of FBR registration, valid NTN, and up-to-date Income Tax clearance. Professional licensing: Valid registration with PEC or PCATP as a consultant. Non-blacklisting: Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted.
