PDA Peshawar - Notice Inviting Tenders for Major Arterial Roads Upgrading (Phase-I)

Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. PDA invites sealed bids through ePADS from eligible contractors/firms in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPP-PRRA) Rules 2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope system for multiple upgrading, rehabilitation and beautification works on major arterial roads/routes of Peshawar City (Phase-I, Non-ADP).

Key procurement instructions: Bids must be submitted online through ePADS. Contractors should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category and enlisted with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee where applicable. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Tender document fee is PKR 10,000 (payable as specified). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-01 at 14:00 hours in the PDA Conference Room.
