Issuer: College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). CPSP invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firms for the design and construction supervision of CPSP Regional Centres in Multan and Bahawalpur.
Scope: Design and construction supervision of the first floor at CPSP Regional Centres in Multan & Bahawalpur. Interested firms must submit technical proposals meeting the mandatory requirements listed below.

| Professional Licensing | Valid registration with PEC or PICTPA as a consultant |
| Non-Blacklisting Affidavit | Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client |
Acquisition of TORs: Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Regional Centres (Islamabad and Lahore) on written request. TOR purchase fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by Pay Order / Bank Draft in favour of “College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan”.
