College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed proposals from well reputed and experienced Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firms for the designing and construction supervision of the first floor at CPSP Regional Centres in Multan and Bahawalpur.
Scope: Design and construction supervision services for first-floor buildings at CPSP Regional Centres, Multan & Bahawalpur.

Acquisition of TORs: Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Head Office Karachi, CPSP Regional Centre Islamabad, or CPSP Regional Centre Lahore upon written request. TOR fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan."
Submission: Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Projects Department, CPSP Regional Centre Lahore (next to INMOL Hospital, Block-D, New Muslim Town, Lahore). Bids will be opened on the same day.
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by 2026-07-01, by 10:00 AM.
Note: CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per law without assigning any reason.
