| 9. | Non-blacklisting affidavit: Declaration on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted and no litigation is pending that would affect performance. |
Other details: CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per its rules without assigning any reason.
