Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches (Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Lahore)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab. Purpose: Hiring of contractors for renovation works at multiple BOP branches via a Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding process. Technical and financial bids are invited from well-reputed organizations/companies.

Tender reference: CPD/2026/T-076-079. Bids must be uploaded/submitted only through the E-Pads portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents are available immediately on E-Pads and the PPRA website and may be downloaded free of cost after publication.

Key deadlines and submission details:

- Bid upload/submission deadline on E-Pads: 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM.
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-23 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later.

Other requirements and conditions:

- Bid security: minimum 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to Head CPD before submission time in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab. A copy of the CDR must be uploaded on E-Pads as part of the Technical Bid.
- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
- This tender notice is uploaded on PPRA, BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and the E-Pads portal.
