Tender: Construction of Street Anwar Khawaja Cricket Ground — District Council Sialkot (Closing 2026-06-25)

Issuer: Office of the District Council Sialkot. Sealed electronic bids are invited through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) via https://eprocure.gov.pk from contractors who have valid PEC registration and have renewed/ enlisted for the current financial year 2025-26.

Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. • Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost payable as CDR/Pay Order in favour of District Council Sialkot.
• Bid validity: 60 days.
• Rates and amounts must be filled in figures; empty boxes in the financial bid will lead to rejection.

• Taxes, registration certificates and other required documents must accompany bids as per tender/bidding documents.
