Employer: Pakistan WAPDA, represented by Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO Mangla, invites electronic bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2025-2026 field renewal. Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system (EPADS). Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
