National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a performance-based senior leadership role to oversee the company’s power generation operations, drive strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, governance and stakeholder management.

| Key Responsibilities | Provide strategic leadership and direction; ensure smooth operation and maintenance of power plants; develop and implement an efficient business plan aligned with government energy policy; liaison with Ministry of Energy, NEPRA, CPPA-G, etc.; ensure corporate governance and oversight; implement Board directions; manage operational expenditures; identify and mitigate financial, operational and legal risks; develop and execute HR strategies. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree from an HEC-recognised institute in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with PEC, Finance, Commerce or equivalent; OR membership of a recognised body of professional accountants. |
| Minimum Experience | At least ten (10) years demonstrated senior management experience in governance/business administration/finance/commerce/marketing or relevant fields in organizations with commercial/industrial orientation; or as CEO/senior management in similar organisations. |
| Other Requirements | Must meet Fit & Proper Criteria under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2013; strategic foresight, regulatory acumen, leadership, team building, change management and strong communication skills; maximum age 58 years on closing date. |
