Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station facility on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The site area is 5 kanals. Financial terms indicated include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10 million and an upfront land utilization fee of approximately Rs. 600 million; detailed terms will be provided to shortlisted OMCs.
Interested OMCs must submit a company profile, evidence of relevant fuel-station operating experience, proof of financial capability and a proposed concept.
